While it might not be summer yet the available one bedroom unit on the fourth floor of the building has an incredible patio/balcony feature.

The unit is under 500 square feet and the bedroom would be hard pressed to fit a queen sized bed. The bedroom only measures 8 X 9 feet of usable floor space although it does have a small closet.

The main home that contains the kitchen and living room only measures 14 X 9 feet. The kitchen has an electric stove, microwave and fridge/freezer. The unit also includes a stacked washer/dryer that housed in its own small closet.

The unit has an extremely long hallway that leads the bedroom than the bathroom and then the main room. The hallway could include some shelves but you could also place some hooks along the walls to use the space.

But the best features of this unit are the two patio areas. While the usually 3 foot by 5 foot balcony opens off the main room and faces onto Dovercourt. The units second patio balcony runs along the north part of the building and you look northward. The patio measure 5 feet by 25 feet. So with this one patio you get over 100 feet of usable space when it is not snowing. It not covered, so if it is raining that would likely keep you inside.
